It could be chronic traumatic encephalopathy from playing football - in which case his family ought to be finding him a nice assisted living facility - or maybe he was always as dumb as a stump. Either way, the fact that he is running for a Senate seat and people will actually vote for him is pretty terrifying and disheartening.

Hershel should be laughed off the stage every time he grabs the mike and it's sad in our society when he isn't. not a freedom of speed issue , a GOP issue, he should not be a candidate for a high level office in the government EVER!
