5. While I had hoped

for a Thursday prime-time hearing, I appreciate that the incoming information has made it necessary to hold off until next week. I suspect they had been interviewing more people than made public last week, and likely are still interviewing more.

This will result in the orange slime going nuts for the next 48 hours. Then he will sink into insanity.

He is sick and needs to be in prison.

He lacks that capacity. It goes back to the factors that Dr. Bandy Lee and I noted in those interviews. It is no more possible for him to control himself -- especially under pressure -- than it is for a lawn rake to write a book about philosophy. Only others can and must stop him.

a heck of a lot of people were. Those in the general public sensed, "This guy ain't right in the head." Those in the mental health field recognized him for exactly what he is -- a sociopath -- though to get an insurance company to pay, one needs to use one of two terms that, as Bandy noted when I asked, mean the same thing.

My ability to say "sociopath" is due entirely to be trained by Dr. Hare's top student and leading expert on forensic psychiatry in the 1990s, and being friends with the top forensic psychiatrist of this era. Otherwise, I'd have gone with "he ain't right in the head! And it allowed me to know what he and his cult were absolutely going to do, before it happened. He's really a simple case, made extreme by his social status and access to media.

12. I feel like a kid

eager for Christmas morning. Thus, while my brother can't sneak a look and tell the rest of us what we are getting, I'm thinking that there will be some informed speculation -- in the media, and here on DU -- about what is coming up.

I heard that hearings may go on until August - I’m hooked.

18. I won't be surprised

if hearings go into late August. Yesterday, a friend here noted that they have to start work on their final report. Indeed, they already have staff doing just that, it it has already gone further than an outline. This Committee is clearly well-organized, with lots of talented people beyond the elected officials that the public sees. For that matter, we see some of the retired federal investigators in the film clips questioning witnesses. And there are others we don't see.

By their nature, this type of investigation has two possibilities: to end when the well runs dry, rather than risk decomposing into the nonsense of the Benghazi nonsense, or they build steam. And that steam is creating by new information and documentation being uncovered.
