3. It's like when New Amsterdam became New York. A fleet was ready to wage a war for the

place, but the residents of New Amsterdam were like, "I'm not fighting over this. You want to call it New York? Go ahead. New York it is!"

Here's what I'd like to see: the MOMENT a state threatens secession, they cease to receive those Federal funds. Not after the shouting is done, the minute it is broached by the legislature or the governor.
