4. Who? DOJ?

Jul 2022

WE have evidence that members of Congress were a part of a coup to overturn our democracy and this DOJ can't even get them before a grand jury because they claim absolute immunity.

Garland is busy defending Trump against E. Jeanne Carroll.

Lyndsey Graham will appeal this all the way to the fascist SC, and dark money will pay his legal fees.

When is Lyndsey supposed to appear, August 2nd? Anyone want to bet me? 100 bucks for charity.

the very unethical and cowardly person inside. While McCain had his many faults, Graham, by comparison, makes the late JM look like a saintly figure (for a Republican).

Looking at this picture, Lindsey seems....lost. He really does. What his expression says to me is that he knows he sold out a long time ago from whatever original dream he had when he first ran for office, and instead is just a cork bobbing around in the ebbs and tides of insane Republican politics.

There is no hidden nobility there. Only fear.

..... money funneled his way he doesn't want for anything except power and to keep his private life PRIVATE.

IMO Putin and by extension Trump have a list of Lindsey's little secrets that are used to control his actions.

And yes he was an Air Force JAG officer. I'm embarrassed to say he was an Air Force officer.

He is a despicable human being.

17. Article I, Section 6, Clause 1:

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

I’m not a lawyer, but he may have a pretty good case for ignoring the subpoena.

and there is no evidence it involved an ongoing Congressional inquiry (hint, it WAS NOT). He has no authority over GA elections. This will not fly unless SCOTUS ends up with it and wants to add to their complete disregard for the constitution.

It always ends badly for the parliamentarian.

At best, he would be privileged from arrest for the session (as he is not -- yet -- accused of treason, felony, or breach of the peace), but there are no grounds for asserting this is a blanket protection or immunity, and just about any judge would laugh in his face if he tried it.

hence why he kowtowed to the Con. My hunch is the Con has alot of secrets and blackmailing him, and that he's afraid if he turns on TFG all his dark secrets will be spilled. I don't doubt that for many of the others as well - Cruz, Rubio, Mcconnell, Mccarthy... nest of vipers.

Judge in Lindsey Graham's appeal of his GA special grand jury subpoena held his ruling until next week
-giving GA investigators til Monday to file paperwork
Really wondering if this is a federal judge sitting in Lindsey's back pocket
Just so interesting that he'd appeal it in SC

Bryan Marcou-O'Malley #FairPay4HomeCare 🇺🇦

In @LindseyGrahamSC appeal of the Georgia subpoena, the filing says "sovereign immunity prohibits enforcement of the state court process on him as a federal officer."

His defense is that he is above the law.
