I believe it was when they were still married, but of course Chump was already cheating on her by then. Anyway those casinos were all bankrupted and sold off long ago. I don't believe Ivana was welcome in any Chump businesses after that. By the late-90's, the kids were starting to work for him, or at least Junior was old enough.

I don't think Chump had any reason to harm Ivana, she hadn't been collecting money from him for years. The ex-wife that he really hates is the 2nd one.
