21. I Just Checked

All 4 banks here in town are open tomorrow.
We had 1 bank closed last Friday because of a merger. They closed 1 day for switchover of IT links to corporate & other aspects of the banking system.
They opened again Saturday morning. Their online services were only down from 9pm Thursday or 9am Friday.
Maybe it's something like that.

but it might have been for some other reason.
