Indiana Dr. Caitlin Bernard reported 10-year-old Ohio girl's abortion, records show
Ghoulish Republicans took a defeat when they had to admit that the story about the 10-year old rape victim who had to go to another state for an abortion was true. But have no fear-- they soon found another line of attack-- they went after the Indiana OB/GYN who treated the girl, saying that they'd investigate her to see if she had reported the case as required.
Unfortunately for them, this seems to have fallen apart too, as it is clear now that the doctor did in fact report the case.

Oh well. I guess they'll have to stand down now, right? Ha ha, of course not. The depraved Indiana AG insists they'll continue to investigate, though for what it's not clear.
By the way, this leads to a question: The doctor in this case has had to hire a lawyer, and is going through this much grief for having performed an unquestionably legal abortion. Can anyone still doubt why a doctor in Ohio might not want to perform an abortion that is in a legal gray area?
