Is Manchin positioning himself to be Trump's next VP?

It makes sense. He has done everything he can do sabotage Biden’s agenda for the American people, virtually placing Trump in a good position to win. Certainly Trump won’t choose Pence when he runs. And Manchin knows Trump doesn’t have many years left.

Yes, I know I’ll get booed, but can you honestly tell me that Manchin isn’t at least 50 percent responsible for destroying the great things that should have been started and accomplished under a democratic majority?

He has got to know the damage that he is doing in these critical times. Does he think that if he gets to keep his seat by placating the Republicans, it will be worth the demise of the whole country?

Despite the things we occasionally say and think about Manchin, he's a loyal Democrat.
He won't switch parties, and he hates Chump.

By West Virginia standards, Joe Manchin is a wealthy and powerful man. He has wealthy donors and many of them are not Dems. His constituents are mostly conservative ChumpHumpers, and they like Joe because he sticks it to the libs. He walks a fine line, but a lot of it is a charade.

If anything, he would run for potus himself. But nyet to vp.

He may be trying to knock out a biden second term so he can run. Who knows with the crazy. He really believes he is in the majority of the party, and the extremists are the minority.

Why would he pick a VP that voted to remove him from office twice, and is against 70% of his agenda?
