House votes 219-210 to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, enshrining protections for abortion.

The one Democrat voting NO is Henry Cuellar, who recently won a primary with Dem leaders’ support.

The bill now goes to the Senate, where it has no realistic chance of passing.
