(47,140 posts)I think his children have an excellent case to take before a judge and ask for guardianship.
Before all the family wealth is completely wasted on paranoid and delusional crusades.
This man is going to need care before too long and they better keep some money back for that reason alone.

(47,140 posts)Yes think of all the hungry people he could have fed with all of the money wasted.
Totally wasted.

(47,140 posts)He is so unstable from a mental status standpoint, it is hard to imagine long term future employment there.
Unless perhaps the children are running the business now and keep dad busy with the crazy crap.

(65,079 posts)Those working for his cute little company aren't making enough to support a family.
It's a $120-130 million company with 1,500 employees.
If revenue per employee is only 80 or 90 grand, it's unlikely many have a total compensation over $40,000. And, Mikey, his lieutenants, and counsel aren't working for 40 grand. Everyone else then makes less.
Besides, with all the infrastructure in place already, he could dump the company to clear debt and the buyers could become contract manufacturers for other bedding makers.l
I'd say the best outcome for those workers is to force his hand sooner than later. There's no rosy future as long as he's around.

(3,943 posts)I Googled for the average wage at MyPilliow. Indeed (job website) came up first in the search. According to their data the average factory worker there makes $14 an hour. Considering they are based in Chaska it certainly isnt a living wage. On AptForRent the cheapest 1br apartment there is $1300 a month. Most were around that, up to $1950 max for a two bedroom. Houses were renting starting at $1900. As for housing Zillow showed $210k for the cheapest house/condo/twnhse. Up to $1.5m plus for a new house. The typical suburban type house was always $450+. Ive up in Minnesota in the Mpls suburbs. I spent a lot of time in Chaska and I have an elderly cousin there. Its a nice city.

(22,144 posts)And by what right does he had to send 'experts' (lawyers and also, cyber experts...how would this idiot know what a cyber expert is anyways?) into AZ to 'investigate, etc.

(42,770 posts)Maybe he means that somehow he's going to play golf at the same club as a judge
Yeah I think it would be really interesting to see what kind of investigation these people do. I mean there's probably no decent election workers that would speak to them, would they?

(22,144 posts)rep who testified on djt's interference in AZ results ... this guy was a rock against all comers who were begging him to somehow change election results etc. He didn't and as a result of his integrity, got all kinds of threats against him, his family, etc., a horrible thing and one that I hope that others somehow snared in the idiotic trump merry-go-round will take as a warning and truly see what trump is all about. A street thug wanting to stay in power illegally.
Like you said, I doubt anyone with integrity in AZ would speak to the pillow idiot (or others in a similar mode of thinking).
Republican Rep. Russell Rusty Bowers, speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives, testified June 21 before the House Jan. 6 committee about pressure he faced from former President Donald Trump and his allies to intervene in his states election results.

(42,770 posts)More than a thousand pages of records that were in the possession of Cyber Ninjas, the now-defunct Florida company the Senate hired to do the review, were released as part of an ongoing lawsuit. Until providing these records, Cyber Ninjas has refused to turn over documents, despite court orders to do so and daily $50,000 fines that now total $4.3 million.
