Gen. Mark Hertling on the report on Russian war crimes

A medium thread that summarizes and links to the official report that I haven't yet been able to bring myself to read. Everyone knows what is happening. Why the West hasn't done more I simply don't understand.

Yeah, apparently.

We should have placed at least 60-100 HIMARS with 300km range missiles in Ukraine’s hands by now.

Instead we’re at 12 in the field with another four to come all with missile ranges of 80 km max.

Feeling Hertling’s pain.
