One of my now-former employers/colleagues at the pediatric office from which I retired is a very observant reform Jew. I once asked him what he would do if he went into the room of a new mom to perform the usual newborn physical exam and the parents were covered with swastika tattoos, the dad had a Hitler moustache, and they were wearing T-shirts with anti-Semitic slogans on them.

He said he would do the in-hospital exam with as much neutrality and grace as he could muster, and then quietly suggest to the parents that he might not be the best fit for them.
