The room is large to cater for wheelchairs, and a decent power activated lock on the doors.
Lots of grab handles.
Big red button that lights up a trouble light outside and automatically unlocks the door.

The 'left' and 'right'? Took me a while . . .
Depends on which way you lean when you wipe your backside!
And of course, wheelchair bound people may have a preference of which way they transfer out of, and back to their chair.

Let the bigots use the bathroom among other bigots. A special bathroom, just for them. Problem solved.

We could even put a special sign on them so that they know those are their special bathrooms. A picture of Empty Greene's face? Maybe a swastika? A sign declaring it to be the Proud Boys and Girls room?
