Flummoxed/me about GARLAND. Haven't bashed him, just am at a loss.

Have been willing to buy into how complicated the cases are about bigwigs, how DOJ can't afford to lose, how DOJ doesn't leak or tip its hand, things going on behind the scenes, etc.

With his extending the BARR policy (other threads explaining are readily available), can't help wondering whether, if he were on SCotUS would he be agreeing with sending stuff back to the states or Congress.

I know it’s apples and oranges, but I kept hoping it was going to work out and there’d be serious repercussions come of it I was disappointed. Trying to have faith this time, it’s so different.
