The January 6 Committee subpoena of Phil Waldron, the retired colonel who was working with Donald Trump’s outside lawyers to overturn the 2020 presidential election, seeks some interesting information:

“All documents supporting the claim that Italian satellites were used to hack voting systems…”
“All documents supporting the claim that voting machines were manipulated through the use of smart thermostats controlled by the Chinese government…”

Does anyone think our military command personnel would function commensurately better than their Russian counterparts? Frankly, to a great extent, I do, but those sane ones are NOT the unanimity. Political leaders who are also, by constitutional decree, commanders in chief, can choose the military commanders they like. I do not, however, think the US military is capable of defending itself or the constitution from grossly tragic and lethal misbehavior among its own ranks if the CIC orders such misbehavior.

We get water quality reports here. Our aquifer is a mile down and there are all sorts of heavy metals in it, including arsenic. I live in the part of town with the lowest levels, and I strongly suspect this facility* uses reverse osmosis, the water's not nearly as hard as the stuff at mt house, 6 blocks away, Dr Bronner's actually sudses up here.

I think most places issue water quality statements unless this ole gal is using well water.


*Independent living facility, I just moved last month, it's a little fancee for my taste but it's still in the neighborhood.

By what mechanism, mechanical, electronic, electromagnetic or other, can a thermostat tap into a voting machine? By what what mechanism, mechanical, electronic or electromagnetic, can an Italian satellite effect a voting machine? Who set it up? For what purpose?

If such capability actually was built into a thermostat or satellite (assuming the voting machines were capable of receiving signals from unintended sources) wouldn't workers at the factories that made them find out about it?

You should have seen the look on her face when I showed them to her! She was mortified!

Then she remembered the thermostat thing and that cleared up the mystery.

She told me she would contact the company and raise hell.
