Trump looked surprised when his supporters loudly booed him at an Arizona rally over his Congress en

endorsement

Former President Donald Trump appeared flustered when he was booed at a rally in Arizona on Friday when speaking about one of his recent Congress endorsements.

Trump, used to adulation from his super-loyal MAGA followers, looked uncomfortable when he hyped Eli Crane, a candidate in the Arizona GOP congressional primary, and the crowd responded negatively, in large part.

"And a highly respected man, just endorsed by me today, future congressman for the 2nd District, Eli Crane," Trump said, prompting boos from the crowd.

The former president appeared surprised and repeatedly looked towards the source of the booing before smiling awkwardly.

I hope they continue to give generously to Dear Leader. That’s $$ that won’t end up in the coffers of other Republican candidates.

he may primary, but his original base has mostly evaporated. He still has some hardcore MAGA supporters, they are loud, but they are far fewer. Repubs I know are looking for someone else less divisive.

Ted Cruz? DeSantis? Abbott? They will choose the MOST divisive person they can find. What they have grown to dislike about Trump is that he embarrasses them. Someone "less embarrassing" is probably more accurate, in my opinion.

The only thing I can find that MIGHT explain why Crane wouldn't be popular with fascists is saying that he doesn't believe in forcing his own religious beliefs on others.

Edit: Oh! Ron Watkins, otherwise known as "Q" from QAnon, is running for the same seat! Now I understand!
