This leak could have been by a justice who wanted to either firm up the vote of the assholes who voted to strike down Roe or to encourage one of these justices to accept Roberts' compromise ruling

...to give the four ultra-Catholics a preview of overturning Roe. He was all for Dobbs but voted against overturning Roe.

Probably a committee at the Heritage Foundation wrote it for them. Then Heritage leaked it because it was taking too long to get the ball rolling on it.

I think it was leaked by a justice (or spouse) to firm up the votes and keep Roberts from possibly gaining a majority to not overturn Roe.

I think he tried to keep it level, but when the Orange Idiot and Moscow Mitch did their number on it, they really damaged its history permanently. I hope at some point someone can fix it. Starting with Citizens United.
