The Catholic Church in Kansas is spending over 1 million dollars to amend the state constitution to ban abortion. Creating more potential homeless people and hungry children. This is what Catholics are doing while maintaining its tax exempt status.

If a 13 year old rape victim in Kansas (and elsewhere) is forced to give birth against the advice of medical professionals and she and her baby dies, the Catholic Church should be charged with murder. Ya know, citizens United.

I grew up in the 70s, and sure, we survived, but not all of us. People died more often from easily preventable things like being ejected from a car in a minor crash.

And on car safety, boy did the Republicans make a stink. First they opposed seatbelts being mandated, "buh muh freedom!" Then they pitched a total fit when they started passing laws to mandate seatbelt use, "Buh muh freedom."

I tell you, they went totally nuts her in MI when they banned smoking indoors at bars and restaurants. "Buh muh freedom." They claimed that one would cause bars and restaurants to close.

But here we are, liberal ideas like seatbelts and smoke free public places didn't hurt freedom and save millions of lives.
