The slimy attorney representing Jones has been calling Mark Bankston a personal injury lawyer and then claimed that Mark is a liar. This asshole is a second or third tier criminal defense attorney who was slimey enough to be hired by Jones.
The asshole Jones attorney lied in court about exhibits/videos that he wanted to introduce and told the court that Mark Bankston told him that he did not have to comply with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and provide the other side with exhibits and videos to be used. The judge told the asshole Jones Attorney that Mark Bankston always follows the rules and does everything in writing. Mark told the guy that he lied and they got in each other's face. One of Mark's partners who is 6 ft 3 inches got in-between before the asshole Jones attorney could hit Mark. There will be a hearing tomorrow

(9,195 posts)that he didnt have to provide trial exhibits. You might agree in some circumstances to extend a deadline during discovery, but you absolutely need to know what exhibits the other side intends to offer at trial. In my state, we usually have to exchange exhibits a couple of weeks before trail, and then inform the Court, what, if any objections you intend to raise.

(73,588 posts)I've been watching film of the trial on youtube since late afternoon. It is surreal. I've seen a lot of crazy things in trials, criminal and civil. But this one stands alone.
