Have we heard from Mitch or Rand on the flooding in Kentucky? How do they

feel: good, bad, bored? Just watching a climatologist talk about how warmer weather sucks up more water from the oceans and puts it into storm clouds that then fall on places like Kentucky.

We get all the left-over weather from Canada, the Gulf, and Tornado Alley. We have 2 blue dots in a blood red state. The biggest worry of the legislature is how best to get in Andy Beshear's way.
