None of Beau's fair and objective critique is based on the sane M$M repeating absurd MAGA talking points to appear non partisan which we already know is an issue but can be worked around easier than the first issues.

Dem messaging plan could be

1. More ground game especially in communities of color with leaders FROM THAT COMMUNITY (Stacy Abrams Ground game) !!!
2. More outlets of message via radio*, podcast, ground game, local elections, local adverts
3. Challenge EVERY DAMN ELECTION EVERYWHERE (can we talk about why this is hard?) at minimum make MAGA spend money at this level instead of walking into seats.
4. On a state and federal level talk to MAGA in every county to shave the 1 - 2% margin (mine)

What say you?

Leaving races uncontested is stupid, and abandoning red states without any fight lets Repubs consolidate and solidify power. Howard Dean was right about pursuing the fifty-state strategy all the way down to the local level.

5. This is an excellent (and depressing) example of the problem.

Just letting a seat go is not the way. Constituents feel abandoned when this happens, as they should. As someone who watched the DNC/DCCC virtually ignore GA for decades, I know exactly how they feel.

For me its not the request for donations its the spamming on every account, we shouldn't have to sinkhole dem communications during fund raising to be able to donate.

9. Exactly what I was just thinking.

Constant accusations that campaign contributions corrupt them and that the DNC is a powerful shadowy organization out to get progressives by throwing money at moderates/centrists or something. 80% of contributions from corporations for the last thirty or so years have been to Republicans. Blaming Democrats for not stopping Republicans and "allowing" right-wing media. Democrats don't have unlimited funding from nutty right-wing movement conservatives and industrialists.
