Really great seeing ways new tech is helping people with challenges
The glasses use augmented reality (AR) technology, and a phone app provides the live transcription. Currently, the app is only supported on Android, but the company is seeking to get approval for iPhone usage as well.

Obvious now. But at the time, I was all, Huh. Thats interesting.

(28,349 posts)I'm interested. I'm totally deaf in my right ear, and have issues with my left ear.
It is disheartening to have to ask, "What'd he say?" A good deal of the time, I don't even bother. Sometimes I just sit there and smile.
Anyway, this sounds promising.
