* Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is backing up the Secret Services explanation for missing texts related to the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol.
* Mayorkas says at Aspen Security Forum that a computer system migration that officials say resulted in lost texts from Secret Service agents was scheduled in advance; the Secret Service is part of Department of Homeland Security
* Mayorkas pledges the agency will learn from the situation as more facts surface
