also suggesting that there are tust issues between Biden officials and Zelensky. Its like going back in time to hate him all over again.

the possibility that there could be some behind-the-scenes reasons for her visit. Perhaps some in Taiwan have been getting anxious over China's aggressive moves in Hong Kong, etc., and wanted some reassurance that the U.S. is still with them.

but the US, is not going to Kow Tow to the Chinese. I admire her for going in spite of the threats.
I think it's possible that Biden wanted her to go too, but his "official" line had to say not to go.
