So far, Kansas voters are sending you a big F$&@ YOU!!

If this holds, the GOP had better start sweating about the general elections this fall. Voters will flood to the polls to support the right to choose and probably will support Dems.

Would do what many have done—further restrict abortion rights.

Fundamental rights should not be subject to popular votes. But since that’s where we are, the only solution is voter turnout.

Dems need to codify abortion rights into law in congress? Can’t abortion rights still be taken away?
It’s great if the NO vote passes. Don’t get me wrong.

Privacy and other rights are specifically enumerated in their constitutions. This is not the case with the US constitution. The referendum is to change this provision in the state constitution. If it fails, then pregnant people have abortion rights without further action from the federal legislature.
