Just proving he did is one thing. But what is the mechanism to actually disqualify him. Do the courts do it through lawsuit or a criminal trial? Or is it just a matter of the house passing a bill disqualifying him and then senate passing it? Does President Joe Biden (Damn that’s nice to type) then sign it and it is in effect?

How does the fourteenth work to disqualify? It takes 2/3 vote to remove the disqualification. That’s spelled out. But not how to invoke
