Have other states prosecuted those who traveled to Nevada for legal sex-for-hire?

... and then returned home? Or those who traveled to Branson, Missouri, or to any other locale where casino gambling is legal, for the purpose of gambling in a casino, and then returned home to states where gambling in a casino is illegal, or to counties in Missouri where casino gambling is illegal? Making a right turn on a red light is illegal in New York City. Can NYC prosecute those residents who make right turns on red lights after stopping, in other parts of New York State, or in the rest of the nation?

Is there any incident where someone was prosecuted for an action that was legal in a particular state, and then prosecuted for that action upon entering a state where this action is/was illegal?
