It was obvious to me their were no historians among the Trump voters who stormed the capital. Them chanting 1776 while carrying confederate flags was very confusing for me. I had to think about it for awhile.
1776, revolution. Confederate flag, treason. Treasonous revolution. The dumb fucks described themselves perfectly and didn't even know it.

But why did they choose a losers' flag anyway? I mean, not only were the Confederates traitors, but they were losers. These people really worship losers, from their orange leader down to the flag they carry.

So today we see secessionist movements and threats about civil war...wash rinse repeat.
