With the opposition lawyers, is there reason to worry that this incredible faux pas presents a significant risk of a mistrial?

(2,337 posts)The time elapsed for defense to do something about it, but they did not. That's curious, but legally the prosecution has now every right to use the evidence. Ruling was made on mistrial: Denied!
I'm wondering whether they can put a gag order on him? He's still spewing his nonsense every day -- when, if ever, will that stop?

(11,662 posts)Would not follow procedure or leak to the press. Then the prosecution would have some splaining to do. But it appears they were hoist on their own petard.

Jones's remedy here is to file a malpractice claim against his attorney.
