After the stunning revelation that Alex Jones’ attorneys had accidentally sent years of his text messages to the lawyers for Sandy Hook plaintiffs, the plaintiffs’ counsel said he plans to turn over the text messages to the January 6 Committee, CNN reports.

Meanwhile, Vice News reports the texts include “intimate messages to Roger Stone.”

When the Sandy Hook lawyer said yesterday he wasn’t going to publicly publish the texts that was basically him saying “someone subpoena that stuff so everything is on the up and up, and we don’t give any judge an excuse to throw the evidence out”.

5. I really, really, really hope that those texts etc contradict something(s) he said to the J6 Comm.

He's very unlikely to get prosecuted for perjury for his lies in the civil case. That's the trend with perjury in civil cases in general anyway.

But lying to Congress? To this Committee? That might get prosecuted.

On his show he claimed he asserted the 5th "a hundred times" during his interview. I hope he couldn't help himself and said enough concrete and material things to get into trouble.
