Gas prices down over a dollar?

This means we will still be seeing gas stations vandalized with the "I did this" stickers, right?

On edit: Maybe we should all start buying those stickers before they stop being sold, and post them on gas stations when prices drop another dollar

and this is on an up day for energy prices. Hoping I see sub-$4 prices in the Midwest soon.

I've seen two of the juvenile 'I did this' stickers in the past month on the pumps where I pulled up. By the time my tank was full the stickers magically disappeared.

'cause that's what the GOP half-wits do: take good news and pretend "well, it ain't good enough for (insert fictional scenario here)"

Meanwhile, I'm breathed a helluva lot easier when I filled the tank on Wed. for under $3/gallon (that was in south Arlington for any Texas Metroplex wannabes out there)

Gas at its highest price when oil was 122.00 a barrel, was $5.05 a gallon, now as I type this oil is at $89.53 a barrel. The lowest price I saw this morning was $4.19 a gallon. A drop of a whole 86 cents a gallon while oil dropped a little over 32 dollars a barrel. This is nothing but the rape of the public by the oil companies and gas stations. This past Thursday Exxon/Mobil reported a PROFIT of 17.4 billion dollars in the previous 3 months. I believe that they are not dropping the price of gas is allowing them to set it up for new highs. If oil were to go back up to 122.00 per barrel How many of you out there think that the price of gas would only go back up to $ 5.05 a gallon again? It would be over 6 or more. a gallon.
