There's no war going on for the "right of existence of the Russian people." And, they have forfeited their right to "live in peace and harmony with everyone." They are not "liberating" Ukraine; they are systematically attempting to conquer an independent country which is no longer part of Russia.

But, one thing they have clarified. They are indeed into a scorched earth policy, and apparently plan to destroy all of Ukraine. They don't care about killing little kids, civilians, and anyone else.
