"willfully and unlawfully conceals or removes"

He already got caught removing all that classified stuff a few months ago.

Trump dragged his feet returning the documents.

I do not recall the print media that reported that. It was only one of them.

MSNBC reported that FBI agents were bringing boxes out of Mar-a-lago tonight.
That's not good news for Trump. He needed them to come out empty handed.

Can't wait for the Trump quotes on Hillary's handling of classified documents to get replayed.

He wasn't supposed to have any of them. That alone is against the law.
Then, once they found out he did have them, he was supposed to return them.
This law is handled quite strictly. Given who he was, they may have tried to cut him some slack (wrongly but ..).
Apparently, he sent some back. But he needed to return all of it.
Clearly, as of June, he didn't.

And there are reports the FBI took a bunch of evidence as a result of their search yesterday.
That will squash a lot of people's objections to the search because it was illegal for him to have it in his possession - especially after they gave him a chance to return it.

The FBI showed up in plain clothes.
Nobody/very few would have known since Trump and most of Mar-a-lago weren't there.

Mr. Bayard brings up the point that, Dems need trump to run in 2024, because we could beat him. Some of the other possibles, maybe not.

They are saying it is "Biden's 's FBI" and not that tRump hand chose the FBI director. His cult doesn't need to think for themselves since they let others do it for them.

For being president are specified in the constitution. Can the requirements be changed by statutory law?
