They'll probably deny the appeal and that will be that. Or, they'll agree to hear the case.

That will take approx 3-12 months.

This was just a three judge panel. Next step would be the full panel, but if it was unanymous, that would mean anything. 3-0 is as valid as 3-2.

But they can delay it long enough so it is only available to the next congress, which they hope will be gop controlled.
