MAGAts think what's happening is a democratic operation

But what if it were a republican one? Maybe beltway politicians like McConnell are tired of the damage they think Trump is doing to their party, and they've colluded (good word, colluded) with a republican federal judge and Trump's own FBI agent - both of whom they obviously have dirt on - to take him down once and for all?

I'm not saying this is the case. I'm saying we should try to convince republicans this is the case.

It was a federal magistrate judge in the Southern District of Florida who was appointed in 2018 by a majority vote of the court's judges. At that point in time, it should be noted, the Southern District of Florida did not have any Trump appointed judges.
