What present president or past president had the FBI raid their homes?
No one, you moron! It was a legal search with a signed warrant support by a federal judge!
Your pathetic rhetoric filled responses are ludicrous and shows that you definitely have something to hide? Oh by the way? If you werent so stupid? You should have never come down that escalator? As someone said a time ago? Its your time in the barrel and its beginning to feel like your criminal schemes are taking you down! Bye, bye Donnie!

Barbra McQuaid, the Espionage Act might also come into play. To meet the bar for that one only need be in possession of classified documents, that's it.
Mishandling of government docs, 5 years - federal felony; Espionage, 15 years...

(86,794 posts)But considering that the search warrant is made public when/if indictment(s) be issued. So if Garland is petitioning for the judge to unseal the warrant, could it force an indictment to accompany the warrant? Probable cause, pertinent laws that may have been broken... I'm not a lawyer but somehow this scenario seems possible. Garland has a great poker face and I'm sure he knows it.
