The Orange Fuhrer then went behind Kelly's back and got Jared the TS clearances.

Those top secret docs were highly marketable to the most scummy international despots and dictators imaginable and these traitors were well practiced in unethical transactions for self enrichment and profits exclusively beneficial for themselves.

It was like the U S Government was their private piggy bank that would never run dry.
