It is a completely ridiculous question. As others have already said.

They are plenty happy that he is not on the Supreme Court, because they got 3 Right Wing Radical Justices, that will probably keep the court tilted right for 2-3 decades.

McConnell would have done Exactly the same thing, if he had to do it all over again.

And another thing. Mr. Garland has not actually indicted TFG or anybody significant for that matter, so making him this God like being at this point is premature. But YMMV.
