Does Trump's alleged declassification of TS/SCI documents mean anyone can get them via FOIA?

Seems to me if the Republican Party wants to trust that Trump declassified the documents, they're saying that what is in them is, well, unclassified. So, are they saying anyone should be able to get a copy via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)? Foreign nationals included? Code words unredacted (if present)? Whatever is in them?

Someone should ask any Republican who wants to back Trump on this. Just how far do they want to go with this guy?

But there's a layer of information below "classified" of various stripes that is considered sensitive.
