Donald Trump will never go to prison, but he'll end up pleading guilty to felonies

Last edited Fri Aug 12, 2022, 08:01 PM - Edit history (1)

Plural. Felonies.

He's finished politically. This investigation is just beginning, and it'll take years yet. He has no defense, there is no defense. A lot of people, Democrats, haven't quite figured out how fucked he is. I still see a bunch of people asking if he de-classified these docs before he left the White House, or since he's ex-POTUS that he might be allowed to keep stuff like that.

No. President's can't declassify these type documents. And no, nobody may remove these docs from unsecured SCIF rooms. JUST HAVING THEM IN HIS POSSESSION MEANS HE'S FUCKED. Full stop.

Now, I still think he peddled these things for cash, and we may well find that out yet. And if he did, he's prison bound. But he's not wriggling out of trouble this time.

But I also have a hard time believing he'll be locked up for anything less than Sedition or Treason charges.

procession? Did perhaps one of our overseas spies notice the documents being peddled for sale, and relay the information back home? I know that some reports are coming out that someone at MAL reported the classified documents still there, but there are so many things floating around.

What a traitor.

When the grifting dries up, he'll have "health problems" that will block any plans of running. They won't be the type of maladies that will interfere with his golf game, though.

Just imagine the money he's raised from grifting...let alone any money he got from the classified documents he stole. His ass should be headed to prison now. I've lost patience and am hoping we have enough Democrats who are eager to end his Dream for King.

Nobody, not even convicts, will want to be around him. He can just stay there forever.

sympathy from his followers and blame for the Democrats for causing his medical issue. He will avoid jail time and be able to spend the rest of his life in his compound after the "emergency" is over, away from the political scene.

And it won't really matter by then. Probation, suspended sentences, agreements not to do this or that. Which he will no doubt break or stretch as is his want, and then mebbe he'll spend some time locked up.

That would leave state charges such as the probe in Georgia. But if the Republican candidate for Georgia Attorney General wins in the fall then that might go away too.

If he takes a plea deal to stay out of prison, he should be barred from ever running again and, if possible, barred from any public pronouncements or engagements.

these documents. Part of that conviction should prevent him from running for office again, per his own changes to the law. So that subdues the primary threat of him running again. From there the fun can start cause he will be just be another citizen. I'm not sure but I think can cancel his SS detail in extreme circumstances.

Though I never thought much of that condescending blowhard that used to post here.

"3 business days" indeed.

BTW I used to enjoy reading TRUTHOUT, until that loud-mouth turnip head ruined it with the whole Fitzmas fiasco. And then he lied about his own articles and denied being wrong til he got drummed off here.

But this last week has changed that. He’s likely going to be charged with crimes that carry decades in prison. If he lives long enough I could see him doing several months.
