Russia is readying itself for a prolonged war in Ukraine, according to ISW

according to the US-based analysts Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

A new budget is reportedly available that would boost industrial spending by $10bn and support war efforts.

The ISW reports the The Ukrainian Main Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR) as saying that the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation, chaired by Russian president Vladimir Putin, is preparing to change the state defense order programme by early September to increase expenditures by 600-700 billion rubles (approximately $10bn).

Russian media outlet Ura reported that Russian defense minister Sergey Shoigu likely visited the Uralvagonzavod factory, the largest tank manufacturer in Russia and the producer of Russia’s T-72 main battle tanks, on 12 August, the ISW said.

per Guardian live feed

The US needs to step up its sanctions including sanctions on countries still supporting russia like china, turkey india which are the top worst on the list.

This man wants to reconstruct the Soviet Union, and he doesn't care how much pain, misery, death, and destruction it takes.

So long, it takes combat ready troops on the ground, coordinated with air and sea to win a war. Pootie will burn thru ten billion in a flash. Considering just one long range missile costs over a million and their shooting off 10-12 at time, sometimes daily.

How much of that 10 billion will actually get to the production lines once the grift is skimmed off? And how much of this is big talk by the russians? Their shrinking GDP relates to the state of texas….where’s that money going to come from?

Just for some comparison russia on average spends 68 billion a year on defense, the US spends 768+ billion.

Obtain total regional control, rebuild the USSR, weaken Europe, fortify his partnership with China.

He will burn down the entire country of Ukraine, demoralize the population until they surrender.

He’s counting on the resolve of the west to weaken. The EU knows what’s coming if they give in …so no, they will never stop supporting Ukraine

I was once in Ukraine, extremely friendly people. It hurts even more when I see areas where I was, demolished by Poo tin forces. Onward Ukraine. Win the good fight!

He is just going to keep pounding Ukraine until there is nothing left. Which is fine with Putin.
It is about winning at this point.

And he is like a serial killer, he enjoys killing and torturing people.

He thinks he can de-populate Ukraine by death and kidnap.
Then re-populate with Russians.
Install his puppets to get rid of Zelensky.

It is going to be a very bad situation no matter what happens.

Kill children, commit war crimes and bomb their cities, the more angry they are and the more determined they are to continue the fight. Malcom Nance says The Ukrainians have gone full on “Cossack” and that they will prevail.

One only has to imagine the situation for themselves. Fight and maybe die, but your children and your country survive, or live life as less than a subjugated slave- die tortured, watch your family tortured…never! And this is how they see it.

Slava Ukraine!

If Putin leaves any Ukrainians left to fight.

Putin is like a serial killer, he will keep killing until someone stops him.
