...the court redacted the names of the two FBI agents who requested the warrant. Trump, when he released it, included their names. As a result, the agents and their families have been harassed and received death threats. There really is no bottom for him...

(12,875 posts)What does stochastic terrorism mean?
Stochastic terrorism is the public demonization of a person or group resulting in the incitement of a violent act, which is statistically probable but whose specifics cannot be predicted.
The word stochastic, in everyday language, means random. Terrorism, here, refers to violence motivated by ideology.
Heres the idea behind stochastic terrorism:
A leader or organization uses rhetoric in the mass media against a group of people.
This rhetoric, while hostile or hateful, doesnt explicitly tell someone to carry out an act of violence against that group, but a person, feeling threatened, is motivated to do so as a result.

(16,541 posts)Every time I have ever thought, "That's it, he's gone as low as it's possible to go," he has duug a hole and gone even deeper. Every. Damned. Time.
I started noticing this pattern early in his campaign for the GOP nomination. It took ne a few years, but at some point, I stopped being surprised by and figured out that I was never going to be able to antcipate how low he could go, because my brain just doesn't go to those places.
I assume he's been like this for his entire adult life, and the old dog isn't going to learn any new tricks at this late date!
