The difference between the human and political variants is the former is an infection caused transgressively, when the deadly organism swims up the nasal passage, while the latter infection is voluntary. It requires willing submission to the infection by the majority. It spreads by surrender, apathy and indifference. It spreads when enormous percentages of elected leaders who swore an oath to the US Constitution trip all over each other as they race to defend the indefensible — specifically, the apparent presence of top secret documents concerning the nuclear weapons arsenal of the United States of America, found illegally and without explanation in the possession of Mr. Donald John Trump at his estate and private club Mar-a-Lago.
