Russian army command leaves Kherson.

The left bank is the east side of the river. If true, the Russian command has abandoned their troops on the west side of the Dnipro River, the same side that Kherson city proper is located. How long before Kherson is liberated?
Not confirmed yet in major publications, but more than one source has reported this news.
