I dont remember when they were 1st offered, but I ordered them and they arrived pronto
never had to use them until last month, and noticed they were out of date 6/2022 ..
so I ordered more last of July and they arrived today, and the expiration on them is 9/07/2022, just barely a month from now
is this about right in your experience?
I ordered the 1st time when they were first made available from gov/usps, but didnt think it was May 2022 but much earlier
Whats your experience with them and expiration dates ?

(34,072 posts)I think I used them all.
(I stacked them in the order of expiration date as each new batch arrived to make sure I used the ones closest to expiring first.)

Overall, 8 of the 20 at-home tests listed on FDA's website had their shelf-life extended, and the 3- to 6-month extension appears to be typical. Shelf-life now ranges from 4 months for the Cue Health home test, to 18 months for Celltrion's DiaTrust test.

(34,072 posts)If the next one I pick up from the top of my pile has expired, I'll check the websites. (Not all are extended so until I run out of unexpired tests (based on the date printed on the boxes) I'm not going to worry about potential extensions.)
