A flaw in Trumps defense regarding "he can declassify anything, he doesn't need a paper trail." (Original Post) Swede Aug 2022 OP
Obviously Biden did "re-classify" them since his DOJ labeled them as such Arazi Aug 2022 #1

The stupid Rs never think this through…

The warrant FROM BIDEN’S DOJ has them labeled as classified.

Plus #Traitor was told they were classified multiple times.

(This is all beyond the fact that it doesn’t matter since the statutes in the search warrant aren’t determinative about classifications anyway)

That FAUX etal are so focused on the security classification is the first clue it has nothing to do with anything. It’s a red herring.

Why is he taking dozens of boxes out of the White House and putting them in his basement?

Why is he risking all of this legal liability over these papers? He must have a plan for using them. And that plan can't be legal.

I'd like to see all of Trump's 'documents' reclassified at the highest possible secrecy, so Trump can experience the same as did Clinton.

Billboard, internet ad, radio voice, text message:
"Trump had "So top-secret secrets that the destruction of America is the guaranteed result of this knowledge in others' hands", death penalty stuff."
