He had already named several former WH officials — among them Meadows, Cipollone, Philbin, and top national security lawyer John Eisenberg — to serve overlapping purposes in a January 2021 letter.

"DJT sent the letter to NARA in June adding Patel & Solomon, AFTER the FBI sent subpoena for MAL surveillance video of storage room where files were kept. If Patel/Solomon had unprivileged access to classified files, Trump is in more trouble."
