In my opinion, it would be just as unprecedented for the FBI to leave this kind of document -- or really any document subject to the Presidential Records Act -- in the hands of a non-official person without appropriate clearance. This is, quite literally, their job.

happened is patently false because “it” is not the president. Marda Loopy is not a “home”, it’s a business facility at best but not a “home” such as we live in. He wasn’t searched while it was in office, it was searched as a private citizen. It’s privileges expired on January 20, 2021.
