They lose when people are talking about TFG keeping secret documents at his golf club. So the best way is to attack the messenger as if any wrongdoing/problems on the messenger negates any wrongdoing by TFG.

other than being a member of congress does their letter have any legal weight. its not like any committee has actually sent it,just individual congressmen
