and I think this: Because he was president and because of the crap he's done and the laws he's broke - is exactly why he should be indicted, convicted and jailed.

Let this then be a warning and example to future presidents that they are not above the law and that they will be held accountable.

5. I think generally accepted legal position that a sitting President can only be impeached...

and once convicted removed from office. That does not included crimes after he lost the election like thieving gov't property.

Doesn't necessarily mean he can't be indicted and convicted for crimes he committed while President, just he has to no longer BE President.
